Shipping policy

We ship to all destinations within Australia via the Australia Post network.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders over $200. A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders under $200.

International Shipping

Please note we do not ship to any international destinations.

Confirmation of Order

Once we have received confirmation of your payment, an email will be sent to you advising that your order has been received together with payment and that it will be ready for dispatch shortly.

Public Holidays

Normcore does not ship on any Western Australia or Australian Public Holidays. (Excepted for Perth Metro Area local delivery)

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If an order is required urgently we are happy to arrange Express Delivery. Please contact us on 0434-613-313 and we will provide a quotation based on the weights and dimensions of the parcel. Please note that perfumery products are unable to be Express Posted due to be deemed DG cargo

Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days from when your order is confirmed.

If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes (prior to the checkout) when making your purchase. Please note that even if special delivery instructions are provided, Normcore does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Please advise that it is beyond the control of Normcore if parcels cannot be left at the address because they do not fit in your letterbox or there is no one there to collect. To ensure the efficient delivery of your parcel please specify your daytime address in the checkout process.

If you are having your purchase delivered to a business address please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the shipping address.

Normcore will not accept responsibility for any lost or delayed shipments as a result of Australia Post. However, please feel free to email your query to our Customer Service team at admin@normcore.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
